Controls Engineer will design, program, and troubleshoot control systems to keep production moving, improving efficiency and uptime.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in controls or industrial automation
Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA systems
Strong troubleshooting skills—you can diagnose and fix issues without hand-holding
Understanding of control systems (PID, process control, etc.)
Ability to read electrical schematics and system drawings
Experience with platforms like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or ABB
