Business Development Associate

The sales team is looking for an energetic, motivated and focused team member to partner with the sales teams in achieving a sales target, develop a detailed understanding of the sales needs of each territory, and work directly with advisors. As a Business Development Associate, you will build and manage relationships with advisors and key internal partners, provide input for the development and execution of the annual territory business plan, and assist in the preparation of reports and fund proposals for internal partners and investment advisors.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education preferred
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course is considered an asset
• Experience in Mutual Fund business or brokerage/financial planning industry is an asset
