Business Development Manager (Litigation)

Role Overview

The Manager – Business Development (Litigation) works with partners in the Litigation Group to generate business and expand Firm profiles. The role requires excellent judgment, strong writing and analytical skills, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

Work with partners on business development plans, track referral sources, and identify new business opportunities. Conduct research, lead pitch preparation, and oversee marketing materials.

• Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision
• Ability to provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Benefits

• Base salary range: $145,000 - $190,000
