Job description
We're looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to define how quality works in an AI-native world, where traditional QA breaks down and new approaches are required. This platform powers voice AI agents used by enterprise customers to handle real customer interactions at scale.
Define and scale quality across the entire platform, build AI-driven testing and validation workflows, move the org from manual QA to automated, AI-native quality engineering, create standards for testing LLMs and conversational systems, and mentor and elevate a team of QA engineers.
This role offers high ownership, high autonomy, and real-world impact, with a clear path into leadership and team growth.
