Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the internal equipment rebuilds and review external rebuilds, provide inputs into Preventive Maintenance (PM) reviews and PM development activities, and be responsible for assigned activities related to the site's asset performance improvement objectives and guidelines.
The Maintenance Supervisor will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, communicate requirements for corrective work, conduct quarterly audits, and provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science or Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, or a combination of 5 to 10 years of progressive, manufacturing maintenance supervisory experience, and strong communication and computer application skills.
