Job Description
Maple is building AI agents that work for local businesses, and we're looking for a Customer Support Representative to guide new customers through setup, handle live support, and communicate with business owners. The role requires fluency in English, 2-5+ years of experience in customer support, and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1/C2)
- 2–5+ years in customer support, onboarding, or high-touch SaaS roles
- Experience handling escalations and complex customer issues
- Strong conversational ability
- Quick thinker
- Comfortable handling ambiguous or messy situations
- Ability to stay calm, respectful, and solution-oriented in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations
