Job Description
Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to guide customers through the service process while supporting technician workflow and dealership standards.
Requirements
- Service Advisor experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using DMS and inspection/MPI tools (or willing to learn)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass background check as required
