Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator will take ownership of the backend systems and recurring operational workflows for a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant franchise. The role involves managing operational tools, overseeing location operations, and ensuring data integrity across the network.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing operational tools, reviewing daily opening checklists, managing inventory submissions, creating and maintaining SOPs, and handling backend menu and listing accuracy on delivery channels.

Requirements

• Fluent English: C1/C2 level (written and spoken)
• 1–3+ years in operations, account management, or coordination roles at a fast-paced company
• Experience working with multi-location, multi-account, or franchise portfolios
• Strong fluency with operational tools and project management software
• Comfort learning new tools quickly
• Strong written communication for cross-team and cross-location coordination
• Proactive problem-solver
