Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of a venue, including direct supervision of Restaurant Managers, ensuring high quality products, productivity, and quality standards, as well as assisting in financial, forecasting, recruiting, entertainment, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• Three to five years in a high volume Food and Beverage experience in supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent judgment and decision making abilities
• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness
