Operational Technology Analyst

Mariner is seeking an Operational Technology Analyst to support client engagements in the Halifax area. The role requires experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a blend of both, ideally within industrial, utility, or other asset-intensive environments.

Requirements

• Business Analysis experience
• Systems / Technical Analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience in OT, industrial, utilities, or other asset-intensive environments
• Strong understanding of operational processes and how technology enables them
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
• Ability to support initiatives across modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and change readiness
