R&D Engineer - SHIFT

SHIFT Energy is seeking a R&D Engineer to join their team in Saint John, NB, Canada. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of central plant technology, working on a multidisciplinary team to create leading-edge control software and analytics tools.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Physics or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong foundation in Hydraulic Analysis, Thermodynamics, and system modelling
• Knowledge of mathematical optimization and statistics
• Proficiency in Python or comparable languages
• Experience with control systems and controller design
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team skills
