Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Agile delivery across multiple teams or complex enterprise transformation programs
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to lead Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholders, and support escalation processes
- Demonstrated ability to remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and help teams deliver effectively in fast-paced environments
