We're seeking a creative media sales leader to drive revenue growth for Houston Public Media and its non-profit mission. The role involves leading a team, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business categories and key accounts. The ideal candidate is a confident and experienced leader with a strong local and regional network in and around Houston.
Requirements
- Manage an Account List and demonstrate revenue performance for the team
- Ability to evaluate market performance and develop a plan to increase activity and maximize revenue
- Nurture talent to build and maintain positive working relationships between station employees and Enginuity colleagues
- Proficiency in leading and coaching a team on consulting skills, account development, and Enginuity systems /procedures
- A pipeline of mission-driven talent ready to join the team should the need arise
