
Job description
The Insurance Licensing and Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing licensing and appointment activities for licensed sales agents to ensure compliance with all states. This role will work within the Company's Compliance Department to maintain the company's multi-state licensing and carrier appointment processes.
Proactively manage and complete insurance appointment and agency licensing processes, maintain efficient and accurate record keeping, and coordinate contracting activities with licensed agents and stakeholders.
This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, as well as excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the healthcare, benefits, or insurance industry and knowledge of insurance industry, licensing and contracting, appointment functions.
