MarketSource is a sales acceleration company that designs, operationalizes, and executes managed sales and customer experience solutions. The Sales Associate is responsible for connecting with existing and potential customers, processing sales-focused phone calls, and ensuring adherence to corporate and department policies and procedures.
The Sales Associate will connect with customers, present offers, overcome objections, and provide customer service. They will also maintain product knowledge, exercise exceptional customer service skills, and ensure calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies and procedures.
This role requires strong sales skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain established quality and completed calls per hour goals, support program goals and objectives, and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
