
Job description
MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a new team in Salt Lake City, Utah. The representative will focus on acquiring new customers and expanding the company's client base by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and demonstrating the benefits and features of the Flex platform.
Manage a full-cycle sales process—from outbound prospecting to qualification, demo, negotiation, and closed-won. Identify, review, and disposition inbound leads; execute personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences aligned to the ideal candidate profile.
1+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role; SaaS or tech sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, assess needs and effectively convey complex information.
