Finance Resource Generalist

Role Overview

Markon is seeking a Finance Resources Generalist to perform routine to moderately complex financial and accounting activities in support of Sponsor operations. This role supports financial processing, reconciliation, customer service, and financial systems while ensuring compliance with federal and Sponsor financial policies.

What You Will Do

Serve as the lead point of contact for financial administrative issues, perform complex financial processing, analysis, and reconciliation, prepare and certify accountings, and provide technical and financial guidance to managers and customers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience performing financial records processing and financial records management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, FASAB, and FASB principles
• Demonstrated ability to apply Sponsor and RESERVED regulations, policies, and financial systems to complex issues
• Experience ensuring data integrity, quality assurance, and compliance across multiple financial systems
