Role Overview

As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and support the growth of the business. This is a key finance leadership role responsible for day-to-day financial management and building infrastructure for long-term growth.

What You Will Do

Lead core accounting functions, document workflows, define internal controls, support costing system development, manage the accounting team, and have full Controller-level responsibility for financial reporting and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Strong background in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
