Mold Operator

Role Overview

As a Mold Operator, you will be operating injection molding machine(s) in a highly automated production facility, creating plastic insulators, inspecting, sub-assembling, and packaging products. This position is a key member of a great team that enables production.

What You Will Do

Operate machinery, load and unload machines, perform simple sub-assemblies, quality inspect parts, make boxes and package products, maintain raw material supply, rotate between work centers, keep equipment clean, and learn to operate automation and robotic equipment.

Requirements

• Hand and assembly skills
• Plastic machinery knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Use of electric pallet jacks and other lift assisting equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Simple math
