The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting, with a focus on SaaS. They will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of acquisition opportunities, driving those opportunities from initial conversation to signed deal, and post-close integration.
