Job description
The Process Engineer will standardize and optimize manual and automated assembly processes, support New Product Introduction (NPI), and manage multiple technologies. They will ensure quality through defect analysis and control plans, while supporting daily production and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Standardize and optimize manual and automated assembly processes, support NPI, manage and stabilize multiple technologies, ensure quality through defect analysis and control plans, monitor KPIs, maintain documentation and traceability, manage changes, and ensure HSE compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of industrial engineering tools, good problem-solving and data analysis skills, effective communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
