Job Description
The Director of Finance and Accounting will be the strategic financial business leader of the property, responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing finance and accounting teams, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major, or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
- 2 years experience in finance and accounting or related professional area
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
- Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
