Job Description
marta is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) to acquire and manage a customer base, focusing on caregiver relationships. The role involves advising caregivers, managing their portfolios, maintaining contact, and providing feedback to optimize internal processes. Requirements
- Initial experience in account management, sales or in home care
- Enjoy telephoning and possess a sympathetic and convincing demeanor
- Sympathetic, open, and communicative personality
- Willing to learn quickly, drive things forward and go the extra mile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and either German or English
