Job Description
marta is seeking an Account Manager to acquire and manage a customer base within the nursing, healthcare, or social management sectors. The role involves advising customers, providing technical support, concluding contracts, and acting as a contact person for families. The ideal candidate will have a completed education in a related field, possess strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to addressing the nursing shortage.
Requirements
- Completed education as a certified nursing assistant, healthcare assistant, or a comparable degree (e.g., healthcare management, social work, social pedagogy)
- Experience in Account Management, Sales Development, or Business Development is helpful but not essential
- Ability to easily convince prospective clients with a sympathetic demeanor
- Open, communicative, and empathetic personality
- Willingness to learn quickly, drive things forward, and go the extra mile
- German language proficiency (min. C2)
- English language skills are a plus
