We are currently looking for Franchise Customer Advisors (m/w/d) who will work 100% remotely with us to solve a social problem. Our role in the team
You will be responsible for advising potential customers in the 24-hour care sector, both by phone and in person on site.
- You will be responsible for independent customer acquisition through the expansion of a local network and the generation of recommendations.
- You will identify and verify the individual care needs and the home situation of the people to be cared for.
- You will present applications for caregivers through the marta platform with the goal of a successful conclusion.
- You will support and advise throughout the entire care deployment to ensure customer satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys, mediation in cases of problems, and support in caregiver changes.
