Job Description
The Martell Group is seeking a world-class growth operator to own the studio-wide growth engine and ensure every venture reaches Product-Market-Fit (PMF), revenue, and adoption milestones. The role requires a GTM operator who has taken products from zero to $5M plus in ARR, with the ability to build early-stage growth systems at startup speed. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing the Martell Ventures Growth OS across the portfolio, defining ICP clarity, positioning, offer design, activation paths, pricing, and funnel integrity for every venture, and driving PMF detection, experiments, initial launch velocity, and weekly signal extraction.
Requirements
