Job description
Serve as driver's supervisor/representative in Operations, managing drivers' performance and being the primary communication link to drivers. Work to achieve optimum driver and customer satisfaction.
Manage a full fleet of tractors and drivers, ensuring optimum performance in categories such as on-time pickup and delivery, out of route miles, hours of service compliance, driver availability, and cost control.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks is essential.
