Job Description
An ideal candidate will be safety conscience, dependable, and motivated to safely maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
Requirements
- Follow all safety procedures, promote safe work practices, and report hazards.
- Adhere to WMS maintenance processes to support safe and efficient operations.
- Work proactively to meet maintenance KPI targets.
- Learn and support optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Perform repairs on rotating and mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, gear reducers, conveyors, etc.).
- Complete preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Support facility repairs and improvements to maintain a safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues during upset conditions.
- Perform fabrication, welding, cutting, and equipment installation as needed.
- Use CMMS for accurate work order, material, and labor documentation.
- Communicate hazardous or unsafe conditions to management.
