Engineering Co-Op

Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking a motivated Engineering Co-op student to gain hands-on experience in structural or civil engineering. This two-year co-op offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects and contribute to a dynamic engineering team. The co-op program allows students to rotate through different semesters and work on a wide range of projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Completed coursework in structural analysis, mechanics, materials, and civil engineering fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.
