We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Functional Subject Matter Expert to play a pivotal role in our transformation from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Premier Edition. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations, and translate complex SAP capabilities into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
- Translate complex SAP capabilities into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships across departments, ensuring alignment, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support during key milestones including testing and go-live.
- Translate business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics.
- Configure SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP in alignment with best practices.
- Drive adoption of SAP Fiori to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Play a key role across the full project lifecycle: discovery, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
- Identify risks and proactively drive resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
- Serve as the functional SME and mentor to internal teams and business users.
- Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
- Champion change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
