
Job description
Manage the entire execution of switch programs across the switch business unit, including silicon design, system and software integration, and mass production. Work in a matrix organization with multiple cross-functional teams and drive teams to execution and success. Collaborate with operations, validation, marketing, and customer support teams to identify needs and refine roadmaps and validation plans.
Manage programs from definition to delivery, work closely with cross-functional teams, plan, execute, track, and mitigate risks. Drive complex project teams, recommend resources, communicate business goals, and provide functional expertise. Manage programs from all aspects, including content definition, ROI, progress tracking, and resource allocation.
We're looking for exceptional leaders with 15+ years of RnD development and management experience, 7+ years in an advanced management role, and experience in HW/VLSI complex activities management. You should have excellent leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, as well as excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
