Senior Engineer - DFT

Role Overview

Custom Solutions Engineering team collaborates with strategic customers to develop advanced SoCs. The India DFT team is responsible for delivering custom DFT architecture solutions, methodology, and design. You will work with this team to enable customer DFT requirements.

What You Will Do

Support implementation of DFT and test solutions for complex IPs and SoCs. Responsibilities include DFT verification, test-pattern generation, and validation for Scan, MBIST, and IP-DFT patterns.

We're looking for a Senior Engineer with a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, thorough knowledge of DFT fundamentals, and hands-on experience in specific DFT activities like Memory BIST or Scan.
