Investigative Paralegal II/III | Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division

The Office of the Attorney General is seeking an Investigative Paralegal II/III to join the Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division. The successful candidate will conduct complex investigations, support enforcement actions, and collaborate with Assistant Attorneys General and Charities Compliance Specialists.

Requirements

• Conduct complex investigations and support enforcement actions across a diverse range of industries
• Review and triage incoming complaints
• Analyze financial and other data records, including tax filings
• Locate and interview complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations
• Obtain, review, organize, and evaluate documentary evidence
• Prepare detailed interview and investigative reports and memoranda
• Support the corporate dissolution workstream of the Division
