Architekt (m/w/d) für Geschosswohnungsbau und Mehrfamilienhausprojekte

We are looking for an experienced architect to plan and implement complex multi-family house projects from design to approval to execution planning.

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture or engineering
• Several years of professional experience in high-rise residential construction or comparable projects
• Secure handling of CAD programs (ideally Cascados or comparable)
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations, HOAI, and VOB
• High technical understanding and well-developed sense of responsibility
