
Job description
The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager and Estimator with day-to-day administrative functions associated with Project Management and Estimating. The role will ensure that each estimate is prepared accurately and each project is completed on time and within the estimated budget.
Attend project turnover meetings, generate/maintain project schedules, attend job meetings, set up/manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies, enforce the company safety program, and complete project plans.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and experience in the Construction industry, preferably with road & highway projects. Previous experience with Procore, Build2Win, and/or P6 is a plus.
