The Analyst, FP&A role within the Business Finance Center (BFC) supports the Americas region by providing timely, accurate financial analysis, reporting, and process support. The role contributes to budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting activities, while gaining exposure to multiple business areas, financial processes, and analytical tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is preferred
- Interest in developing skills in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, financial systems)
- Ability to follow structured processes and deliver outputs within defined timelines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong team-oriented mindset
