Requirements

• Support Program Management leadership with portfolio‐level insights across quality, resourcing, financial performance, and delivery health
• Assist in shaping and maintaining standards, frameworks, and governance processes that improve consistency and effectiveness across programs
• Contribute to scoping, opportunity shaping, and revenue diligence activities by preparing inputs, analysis, and supporting materials for leadership review
• Track and consolidate risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints across the portfolio, highlighting trends and areas requiring leadership attention
• Support the preparation of internal reporting and executive updates by synthesising data into clear, concise, and decision‐ready outputs
• Work closely with Program Management leaders to support planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain high‐quality internal artefacts such as playbooks, templates, dashboards, and governance materials
• Support internal forums, cadence meetings, and leadership sessions through preparation, coordination, and follow‐up
• Contribute to a culture of quality and accountability by helping embed best practices across scoping, financial management, and delivery governance
• Grow capability over time by taking increasing ownership of specific practice areas (e.g. quality assurance, resource planning, opportunity hygiene), with coaching and guidance from senior leaders
