Director, New Product Development

Mastercard is seeking a Director, New Product Development to lead new product development for digital assets / cryptocurrency and stablecoin capabilities. The role will drive new product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate emerging blockchain technologies into scalable, compliant payment solutions.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, research, analytical and quantitative skills
• Proven experience leading product development for cryptocurrency, stablecoin, or blockchain-based solutions in a regulated financial services environment
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, stablecoin models, wallets, settlement flows, and on/off-ramp architectures
