Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex HR Technology programs
- Strong project and program management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to successful delivery and resolution.
- Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, collaboration and organizational skills; highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, subject matter experts, and vendors.
- Strategic and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Experienced in managing agile projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Rally or JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, global, and fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, SSO, and software development lifecycles.
