Lead Technical Program Manager

Mastercard is hiring a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the platform strategy forward. The role involves planning, monitoring, executing, and implementing the programs release strategy, developing long-range plans, and providing technical and advisory support.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases
• Experience in a scrum master role
• Familiarity with software development, technical terms, and general concepts
• Strong business acumen, with knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry preferred
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
• SAFe 4/5 certification is a plus
