Senior Software Engineer

Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the component design, development and integration of digital security technologies and solutions to be leveraged by the enterprise. The role includes partnering with project managers, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring compliance of audit requirements proactively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Software Development Best Practices (TDD/BDD, Unit test, Continuous Delivery,...)
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills
• Desire to stay abreast of new development technologies and tools
• Very good inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to express design ideas to a development team
