Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Finance Business Partner - Consumer Products & Processing to serve as the primary finance leader for the CPP organization, driving operational excellence, supporting decision making, and ensuring disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Serve as the Chief Finance point of contact for the CPP organization
- Work closely with the business to identify, measure and deliver expense efficiency opportunities and drive process improvements
- Lead the CPP finance team in providing data-driven recommendations that shape product strategy, while advancing profitability
- Develop rigorous financial models and business cases to assess growth opportunities across strategic, operational, and financial dimensions
- Own the operating budget, forecasting, monthly/quarterly performance, and delivery of financial commitments
- Lead the development of performance packages, KPIs, long-range strategic planning inputs, and QBR/QOR Review deliverables
- Maintain clear visibility into spending, risks, and opportunities in partnership with Regional Finance and FP&A
- Consolidate and synthesize financial insights across CPP product groups to provide leadership with a coherent, integrated view of performance, risks, and opportunities
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
