Join the HR France team as an Internship - Talent Acquisition and participate in the development of Matera throughout France.
Requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and managers to identify future recruitment needs
- Propose strategies to attract target candidates
- Conduct the first telephone interview to qualify candidates
- Ensure a good candidate experience
- Make hiring proposals to candidates and negotiate conditions
- Participate in secondary projects
