As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our Country Manager Moritz and drive the company's most important strategic and operational priorities forward.

Requirements

• Experience from a performance-oriented environment such as consulting, investment banking, VC/PE or a startup
• High social competence and professional appearance
• Strategic thinking, clear prioritization, and strong implementation capabilities
• Structured and reliable work, ability to work independently and consistently
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Confident communication in German and English (writing and speaking)
