Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer for the Tucson facility is a key member of the Quality team. The Quality Engineer position will support the Quality Manager in product realization planning, compliance to customer requirements, risk management, and sub-contractor quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, ceramics, or other technical degree from an accredited College or University
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in an engineering position
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 or AS9100 quality systems
• Familiar with FMEAs and control plans
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, internal and external
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve to find root causes
• Proven ability & willingness to work in a collaborative team setting
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) required
