First Cook - Advanced First Aid

MATRIX Camps, Logistics & Aviation is seeking experienced 1st Cooks with Advanced First Aid for rotational positions at remote camp locations across Canada.

Requirements

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including baked goods and desserts made from scratch
• Plan menus that meet resident client preferences and dietary / allergy requirements, and budgeted food costs
• Manage food inventory, ordering, storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation following Matrix food safety plan
• Train, support, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment
• Ability to lead, train, and coach kitchen staff when required
