***Business / Systems Analysts (2)***

We are seeking two Business Analysts to work on a long-term project for a large State of Illinois agency in Springfield, IL. The successful candidates will have expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and management of data. They will be working on a comprehensive statewide data solution and will be required to produce insightful dashboards and reports to answer questions about program data.

Requirements

• Expertise in conducting statistical analyses of data using standard statistical techniques
• Experience working with interactive data visualization products focused on business intelligence
• Experience with management of data to produce accurate and consistent longitudinal datasets
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server to model data into datasets for consumption of business intelligence software
• Experience with anonymizing datasets to preserve data security and privacy
