***Business / Systems Analysts (2)***

Matrix Systems Group is seeking 2 Business Analysts to work on a long-term project for a large State of Illinois agency. The successful candidates will analyze and interpret data, assist in creating data stories, produce dashboards and reports, and help standardize data visualizations agency-wide.

Requirements

• Expertise in conducting statistical analyses of data using standard statistical techniques
• Experience gathering functional specification requirements for the development of dashboards and reports
• Experience working with interactive data visualization products focused on business intelligence
• Experience managing data to produce accurate and consistent longitudinal datasets
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server to model data into datasets for consumption of business intelligence software
• Experience anonymizing datasets to preserve data security and privacy
