The BIM Modeler will work closely with senior team members to model, develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models used in residential construction and manufacturing. In this role, you will produce REVIT models that are ready to support permitting, Site construction, manufacturing, procurement, and site installation.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of Revit modelling experience in architectural, structural, or modular/prefabricated construction
- Experience with panelization software such as SEMA
- Proven ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary consultant teams and resolve design issues
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, model management, and fabrication-ready documentation
- Familiarity with structural, architectural, and MEP design principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
