The Sales Advisor is the first point of contact for prospective purchasers and plays a critical role in delivering the best homeowner experience. The role requires a confident sales professional with a proven track record of generating and converting leads into buyers, guiding purchasers through the end-to-end sales process and consistently achieving sales targets.
Represent the company as the primary point of contact for all prospective purchasers and homebuyers, nurture an excellent customer experience from lead through to closing, establish rapport with visitors and leads, and deliver an exceptional homebuying experience aligned with company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with sales office operating hours. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
